6 Week Boost

Start your Pax Fitness journey with this 6-week bodyweight program!

Are you looking to test out a Pax Fitness program? Check out the 6-Week Bodyweight Boost! This program will provide you with weekly workouts that vary each day and will help improve your strength, endurance, and flexibility! You do not need any equipment for this program, but I do recommend using a yoga mat for comfort. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes long.

Program schedule:

  • Monday and Friday: full-body workout
  • Wednesday: Ab workout
  • Tuesday and Thursday: Short Stretching sessions

What happens after your program is complete?

After you complete the program, you will have the option to continue your training with a $50 monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time. It will provide you with a new 4-week bodyweight progression and other exercises based on your equipment.
